Dear prayer warriors,
We are looking at our last effort for 2012 on the ministry taking
place in Paucar del Sara Sara - Ayacucho. I had really wanted to come
with those ladies Pastor Daryl mentioned on his last update. After
talking with them we have been able to come with an agreement with at
least one. Mercedez Pizarro. She will be coming to visit us and help
ministering the children and women for about 10 days in December.
Our desire was for Mercedez to come with Jacky Rojas, but Jacky is out
of reach serving at a different town. Mercedez will try to coordinate
and talk with Jacky in the next days to see if things might still work
out for her to come.
Pedro and I are leaving on Saturday 24th at 7am. We are planning to
stay as long as possible but giving enough time for us to return
before Christmas so that we can travel to see our families.
Thanks for your comments with words of encouragement, if you do have
prayer requests, let us know, we would gladly pray for one another.
Pray that the Lord would give us a terrible hunger for His Word every
day and that we would live it out daily, that we would be filled of
His sweet, perfect and unconditional love, to love these villages'
peoples. Please pray for spiritual strength, for boldness to share the
gospel through stories and our own example. Finally pray for the
peoples of Marcabamba, Ushua and Pampachacra whom we will live amongst
and minister along.
And when you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision
of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us
all our transgressions, having canceled out the certificate of debt
consisting of decrees against us and which was hostile to us; and He
has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. When He
had disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public display of
them, having triumphed over them through Him.
