Titanic
Introduction
Once upon a time there was a gigantic ship that people saw as the most
luxurious floating thing ever in history. We'll find what happened to
it and we'll write down thoughts and opinions on these events from a
personal point of view.
Paragraph One - Successful take off - Hope of glory
Her name was Titanic. She brings power and strength. She was believed
that it could never sink. All the people had expected to make it to a
new land . Land where new life would begin. She left the cold country
of England and the captain made the ship roar in the ocean. There she
was, flying on the water, nothing could stop her.
Paragraph Two - Unexpected Warnings - Fatal Destiny
Huge mountains of ice were floating in her path. They overlooked one
little detail. They did not have a way to communicate a warning
throughout the whole ship. They saw ice right in front of them. It was
too late to stop or veer off. The Titanic hit the iceberg, the destiny
of death. Many died, a ship called Californian did not go to the aid
of the Titanic when they saw the flares in the sky signaling for help.
A ship called, Carpathia came to the rescue.
Conclusion
They should have definitely slowed down when first warning of iceberg
was announced.
We should not over-speed when driving or doing things in life.
When things are done hastily and carelessly, things are more prone not
to end up well.
Thanks for correcting Miss DeGroat.
